I don't know if Draco knows. I looked back over the letter and realised Mr Hooper doesn't actually SAY that FOR CERTAIN they were trying to kill her, he just hints it all over the place.
I didn't even notice Hydra was in that post but you're right, she's in the title. Only maybe it's just talking about the creature? Or the myths about it?

Oh, and when he was talking about his own weight gain he said something about those reducing spas. He said I should stay away from them. I mean, not that I was intending to go (I don't need to lose weight!) but I wonder if that's what happened to Frobisher?
