letter from Mr Rosier

Well I got a letter from Mr Rosier today. And he said that he knows it's frightening to see someone get the crucio curse but that its important to remember the teachers pay attention to who the troublemakers are.

Miss Professor Carrow knows I'm not a troublemaker. That I'm loyal and that I don't complain about rules that are for my safety. And I don't disrespect my teachers or the other adults in charge.

And he says I'm not a bad Gryffindor for being scar really not wanting to ever get crucio cast on me. That this just means I have some common sense. And my chivalry is clear because I helped Parkinson with Perks that time and then I helped Ron. But that trying to interfere with school discipline would be stupid not brave and its good I know the difference.

He said when the parcel restrictions are lifted he'll send me some books. Because the three Cardinal Curses (what some people call the Unforgivables because they used to get you sent to Azkaban even if you had a good reason to use them) are less scarey the more you know about them. And I suppose that must be true given Lovegood! she knew all sorts of stuff about crucio and she asked to have it cast on her.

Anyway he said I have given him great confidence with my choice of assosi friends so far and in particular Padma he mentioned you, he said our History club sounds wizard and a benefit to everyone at the school and your a credit to your house.

And he said I should keep trying to be a credit to mine. So I will.
